Processing Time

All our items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to personalize your products with care before they are shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): ₹50
Express Shipping (2-3 business days): ₹150
Free Shipping: On all orders over ₹1499.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially to remote locations.

Returns on Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part in the personalization.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
